On March 9, please join us for a delicious blend of texture, taste, and enticing cuisine at our Marietta Cellars Wine Dinner. Enjoy four courses including Marietta Cellars wines, from ripe, juicy fruit and peppery spice to dark berries and hints of oak, and Chef Megan's exquisite culinary creations. On the menu:
1st course - Prosecco
Kailani mixed greens, celery, sultanas, almonds, ricotta salata, citrus viniagrette
2nd course - Old Vine Red
Pepper seared duck breast, Kunana chevre tart, radicchio, blood orange muscat reduction.
3rd course - Christo lot 1 (Rhone style) / Arme (Bordeaux style)
Colorado Lamb chop, Cannelini beans, Kailani kale, bordelaise, mint radish salad.
4th course - Angeli Cuvee (Zinfandel)
Buratta, fresh fruit, prosciutto, basil, aged balsamic
